The Tennis and Racquet Club features a fitness center complete with
weight training and cardiovascular equipment. Among the offerings of the fitness center are a circuit weight training system, lifecycles, free weights, treadmills and elliptical trainers. In addition, a professional fitness trainer can be arranged for custom designed exercise programs to meet your own fitness goals. Massage therapy is also available at the T&R.

Director of Fitness Micah Logan:

Fitness Director Micah LoganMicah Logan joined the T&R in October 2008 as our Fitness Director. With certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and International Sports Sciences Association, he brings many years of experience and specializes in Advanced Functional Movement and Corrective Exercise. He has had great success with his clients, consulting and running workshops for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses, as well as the more traditional one-on-one training. His work has led to nominations for both "Best Trainer in the South End" and "Best Trainer in Boston."

His personal training services are tailored to each clients goals - from improving fitness and tone to weight loss. Micah trained one client to a 75 lbs. weight loss in just 7.5 months! A keen squash player himself, Micah is offering squash conditioning camps and looks forward to working with all our members to enhance their health, fitness and play.
